[Optional Design Development & Bidding]:
Permit approval takes 4-6 weeks. During this time, we can refine your design for greater detail, ensuring more accurate bids from contractors.
We can assist in finding you contractors and facilitating the bidding process if needed.

Phase 3 [Construction & Completion]:
Construction begins after your permit set is approved by the D.O.B. and your contractor is signed on
We inspect your project 2-3 times through the duration of construction to ensure work aligns with the approved plans and regulations
Upon completion, we sign off on the project with the D.O.B. and L.P.C.
[Optional Project Management]:
For clients seeking a hands-on approach, we can provide weekly meetings, payment review, submittal review, and punch list coordination to help facilitate the construction process.
